Hello All! We are glad to be back home after traversing the state of Michigan to celebrate Easter with our family over on the "East side". We had fun swimming with cousins Matthew and Joshua, decorating Easter eggs with Grandma Nettie and Hunting for eggs outside with Grandpa B. There are times when I wish the drive was not so far to visit our family over on the "Sunrise side" of the state. But at the same time it makes the time we spend with them that much more special in many ways or at least more deliberate. We had a blessed Easter and we are so thankful for Jesus!! What an amazing gift God gave us in Jesus!! I hope your Easter was a blessed time to reflect on why we do celebrate Easter. Hint: it's not for the chocolate bunnies.
